We’ll immediately assign a unique_id and send it back to you in the response. You can store it for future reference, or track calls using the lead_id or client_id you provide. Our system will process the recording and determine if it was answered by a human or a voice machine.
Yes! You can configure an additional webhook, and we’ll notify you with the results as soon as the recording is processed. Or, you can retrieve the results using our API whenever it’s convenient for you.
